My cousin Jody sent this to me. I really needed to hear this and instantly thought of all the families out there waiting for their children to come home. I hope this blesses you as well!
Hugs, Kristina
Wings On Your Feet
Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling,
And to present you faultlessbefore the presence of His glory
with exceeding joy.
Jude 24
Loved one, I read your thoughts as you see yourself trudging up the mountain being as silent and forlorn as one wearing sackcloth. You are measuring the distance ahead and thinking you will collapse before you get to the top. Wake up, My precious. You are ignorant of the actual spiritual time. The time for change is here. It’s time for you to change your idea of the distance to the top of that mountain.
Every single soul day that you continue to journey without strength, weak, and sick you are actually racing towards the top of that mountain. The enemy is trying to wear you down, and instead it is actually putting wings to your spiritual feet. Yes, My love, your perseverance in the midst of the wearing circumstances is giving you eternal victory with rewards beyond your imagination.
My viewpoint is so different from yours. I see you with your eyes lifted up towards heaven. Your countenance has such purity, peace and contentment that it floods My soul with joy over you. I see you as fully liberated, having renounced all bondage, and walking with everlasting joy upon your shoulders. Eternal blessings are yours, precious one. Domination is broken over you. Your overcoming has already given you an abundant life in the spirit and is more than enough to see yourself to the top of that mountain.
“As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:36 -39)
“The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.“ (Zephaniah 3:17 KJV)
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,” (Psalm 30:11 KJV)

Thank you Lord for turning our mourning into dancing!
Thanks Kristina...perfect timing for me as well!
this was wonderful! and that picture of ellie-bellie is stunning!
This is just lovely. I am really thankful to you for sharing it. I often consider the growing that will come from this wait, but I never think of the rewards (in heaven, that is). Thanks for the reminder, and for giving me another reason to try and enjoy this process, as hard as it can be at times...
Perfect...thanks for sharing!
