This can't be happening!

sigh

Todd and Jonas never made it out of Haiti today. They will NOT be coming into the Evansville airport tomorrow (Sat) at 11:20am.

There was a mechanical problem with the plane. They sat on the plane for 2 hours and then had to deplane. The later flight out was already boarded and heading down the runway!

SO, he and Jonas are heading back to the Orphanage as I type. Poor Jonas, how confusing for him! Think about it, he thinks he's going home, sitting on the plane for 2 hours, and now going back to the O! Poor thing, hope he doesn't think Todd is leaving him.

What's gonna happen?

Well as of right now the soonest available flight is Sunday afternoon and it will not get him into Evansville. He would fly into Nashville at midnight Sunday night. Troy and Cathy (Todd's brother and his wife) as well as my in-laws are going to drive down with me to get them.

OR

Todd is going to the airport tomorrow morning first thing and checking about flights for tomorrow. Which might be possible.

Please pray that he gets out tomorrow!!!! He is so fit to be tied!!!! He said Jonas is doing fine and now he will have a bit more time with Ellie. (trying to find the good in this)

I will let you know as soon as I know the full details. Please pray for me and the girls. My 8 year old is falling apart and ALL drama with a capital D!!!!! Not to mention having to deal with my own feelings!

The improtant thing to remember is they are safe and WILL come home. I may not get my coming home moment in the airport but I would gladly give it up to just have them home!
