WE HAVE ELLIE"S CONSENT TO ADOPT FORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, it is in hand. Gretchen said the plan is to submit her paperwork to DHS in January when all the offices open after Christmas break. Her process will FINALLY begin!!!!
