The girls and I had a wonderful time! We drove up on Thursday and that night we went with my oldest brother's family to a big fireworks display. It was amazing! All these people go to the local polo fields and set up a space for their families to sit and eat and wait for the fireworks show. There were people everywhere! It was crazy! But so much fun!!!!
During the fireworks display I had Megan on my lap ad Jessica had Lillie on hers. And I remember thinking, when Jonas is here he would be sitting on Todd's lap. And I could picture it as clear as a bell!
I find myself doing that more and more. I don't know if that is a sign that the wait is almost over or my heart finding ways to cope with the wait. But I find myself visualizing Jonas with us. Like where he would sit at the movie theaters, or at a restaurant table, or walking at the mall, or just sitting at home watching TV. I have to say most of the time I see him attached to Todd. Always being where Todd is. It is such a precious thought and I cling to it. I know the day is coming soon when Jonas will finally have a papa to love him in person!

Ah...you girls look so cute! I have been doing the same thing, visualizing my kids home, part of our day-to-day life. I almost feel like I'm sleepwalking through the days lately! Kind of here, kind of there :-)
I'm doing the same thing Kristina. I think that's our heart & spirit's way of telling us that the time is drawing near!
